Shipping & Delivery

  We offer 11 shipping options.

Domestic shipping

  –  USPS-Priority takes 5~8 business days.

  –  USPS-Priority(AK,GU,HI,PR) takes 5~8 business days.

  –  USPS-Priority Express takes 3~5 business days.

  –  UPS Ground takes 5~10 business days.

  –  UPS Next Day Air takes 3~5 business days.

  –  UPS 2nd Day Air takes takes 5~7business days.

International shipping

  –  USPS-Priority International-Canada takes 7~14 business days.

  –  USPS-Priority International Express-Canada takes 5~14 business days.

  –  UPS Standard to Canada takes 9~16 business days.

  –  USPS-Priority International takes 8~16 business days.

  Most of our United States customers receive their order within 5-8 business days. We offer FREE shipping for any orders of $50 or more in the United States and charge $7.95 for shipping and handling for orders less than $50. Shipping and handling fee $15.90 will be charged for AK,GU,HI and PR.

  Canada orders will be shipped via Regular Shipping for $29.95 or Express Shipping for $49.50 . We offer FREE shipping for Canada orders of $250 or more and charge $29.95 for shipping and handling for orders less than $250.

  All international orders will be shipped via international shipping for $46.70 or Express international shipping for $64.25. We offer FREE shipping for any international orders of $350 or more and charge $46.70 for shipping and handling for orders less than $350.

  Delivery schedule date is not guaranteed for the delays due to insufficient information provided by customer, terrorism, riots, strikes or other labor disputes, civil unrest disruptions in air or ground transportation networks and natural disasters, such as violent storms, earthquake, floods and etc. Incorrect billing and/or shipping information may cause shipping delays, as information must be verified.

  We are not responsible for any duties or taxes charged by Customs for International deliveries.

  We are also not responsible for manufacturer caused delays or shipping company caused delays in delivery of packages.

  You will be notified via email when your shipment has left for delivery. We reserve the right to change our policy without notice. Although we will try our best to send your merchandise as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee that no problems will occur, i.e. weather, strikes, slow delivery by shipper, etc. We do not take responsibility for late shipment(s).

Coupon & Promotions

  Only one code per order. Can not be combined with any other promotional codes.

  Coupon codes and promotions can not be applied to previous orders.

  Coupon codes and promotional offers are only valid during the time frame indicated.

Payment

  We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal(Palpal Account : sales@artwigs.com).

  We also accept Cashier's Check and Money Order.   For international customers, money orders and cashier's check must be made in U.S dollars.   We do not accept personal checks for international orders.   Please be sure to include your name exactly as it appears on your card and your address as it appears on your billing statement (along with your phone number).   We cannot accept any orders which do not match these criteria.

  We accept Purchase Orders from schools and government organizations.   Minimum for Purchase Orders is $100.00. Please fax a signed copy of your Purchase Order and contact information to 855-278-9440.

Order & Order Cancellation

  To order, simply look through our online wig catalog and press "Add to Cart" button when you find the wig you want.   If you are looking for specific item and are not able to find it in our online catalog, you may want to call us to find the availability of that item since we do have other items not included in online catalog

  Prices, specifications and availability of products are subject to change without notice.   Any typographical, photographic or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction.   We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order.

  We are open for business Monday through Friday (except holidays) 10:00AM-5:00PM P.S.T.   If you would like your order to be processed on the same day you place your order on, then orders should be placed by 10:00AM P.S.T.   Otherwise, the order will be processed the following business day.   Any order placed on the weekend, or on a holiday, will be processed the next business day on the calendar.

  Credit cards are charged upon order placement.   If we are unable to fulfill our obligation to ship any order, we will refund the amount charged to the original credit card.

  All orders can be canceled or changed without cancellation fee before its processing time.

  All US GROUND shipping orders can be canceled or changed with Cancellation Fee of $20 or 10% (whichever is greater) if you contact us after its processing time.

  All US EXPRESS shipping order can not be canceled or changed if you contact us after its processing time.

  All shipped out orders can not be canceled.   You have to receive it first and get the RMA number from us in order to return it back to us (Our standard return policy will be applied. Go to Return Policy).   If you refuse the package, the returned shipping cost (return to shipper fee) will be automatically deducted from the amount from the item returned.

Exchange

  No returns accepted on any items.   We allow one exchange per item.   All exchanges are final.   The exchange item(s) must be equal or higher amount.   If the exchange item(s) costs more, we will contact you to obtain the payment for the additional amount.   If the exchange item is lower amount, it cannot be refunded, but the difference will be applied as a store credit towards your next purchase.   The entire applied discount coupon amount (including Free Shipping and Handling) will be deducted when the item is returned for Store Credit or Exchange. We cannot apply any discount coupons to Store Credit Orders or Exchange Orders.

  To be eligible, exchanged items must be unaltered and in factory condition, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. Items that have been brushed out, have had product applied to them, or show other signs of wear are not eligible to be exchanged. Promotive, discontinued, custom, and items can not be exchanged. Accessories and costume wigs are also not eligible. Items must be mailed back postmarked within 14 days of the original invoice date.

  The restocking fee will be applied to all exchanges.   If the requested exchange item is out of stock, and a refund is requested instead, the restocking fee will be applied.   Restocking fee is $25 for amount up to $100 and $30 for amount $101 to $150 and for orders over $150 restocking fee is $35 or 20% (whichever is greater).

  Request for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be made within 3 business days from the date you received the package (excluding Saturday and Sunday) via e-mail at sales@artwigs.com.   We do not accept unauthorized packages, meaning we refuse the package without the RMA number.   Exchange will not be accepted unless pre-authorized by our return department(Contact Email : sales@artwigs.com).   Once Authorization is given, your package must be post-marked within 3 days of the return authorization date; however, there is an exception for international orders please inquire at time of request for RMA number.   Return freight charges are prepaid by customer, and collect shipments will be refused.

  Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be visible on the outside of the shipping box.   Billing name and order number must be included inside the box, along with instruction for the return.   The instruction must be either for exchange, refund, or store credit.   Store credit will automatically be issued for returns without any instruction.   Otherwise the package will be refused.

  It will take us about two weeks to process your return after we receive your return package.
